    Run Index

Drag each point up for better running weather, down for worse. The hourly score is the geometric mean across every dimension — so any one “avoid” sinks it.

    How to use

24×7 puts a whole week of weather on one screen! Each square is a single hour, colored by temperature, with indications for expected weather. I’ve tried to make this as simple as possible, while making the details available and giving you a lot of options for customization.

    Tips

    • 24×7 looks best in fullscreen! I recommend installing it as an app to get 168 beautiful rectangles, and nothing else.
    • Tap a square to see that hour’s details — temperature, chance of rain, and wind.
    • Move the little popups wherever you like — they’ll stay there. Press and hold a popup to reset it to its default spot.
    • Swipe left or right to cycle through your locations in order. It wraps around when you reach the end.
    • Swipe up or down to switch between Temperature and the Run Index: a 0–100 score for how good each hour is to be outside. Tune what “good” means under Settings → Customize Run Index.
    • Press and hold anywhere to pop up the color scale.
    • Save your places — search any city in Settings and switch between them with a tap, or let “My location” follow you around.
